As per the government, e-pass is only mandatory for interstate and Inter-zone travels, and it is not mandatory to travel in public transport with the districts.

Tea shops and restaurants are allowed with 50% of customers from 8th June.
All private companies apart from Corona virus containment zones are given permission to work with 100% of its employees.
Jewelry shops, showrooms and Textile shops can open with 50% of its employees.
Educational Institutions like schools, colleges, universities and research institutes are restricted to open.
Auto rickshaws to be allowed with only two passengers excluding driver.
Salon and Beauty parlors can resume with Non-Ac facilities only.
Liquor shops will function from 10 am in the morning to 8 PM in the night.
Though, these relaxations are not applicable on red zones in Tamil Nadu.
All the above relaxations to be followed strictly with all precautionary measures such as regular sanitizing, wearing masks and social distancing protocols.
