The One Man Army Of Chennai, Legendary Social Activist Traffic Ramaswamy Passed Away

It’s really very much shocking to hear that legendary social activist Ramaswamy passed away in Chennai at Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital. He was 87 years old and was ailing from age-related ailments. 

He was fondly called Traffic Ramaswamy for his contribution to volunteering efforts in helping traffic cops during the peak hours at the Paris and Central signals. He also filed PIL against the politicians.

Ramaswamy spent all his life on social issues and single-handedly beating political goons. He relentlessly advocating against the large hoarding placements on the roads as one techie named Subhashree died due to hoarding fell on her. 

According to Ramaswamy, it’s necessary to have strong background and personality to become a hero, all that needed is a sign of courage and never give up will power to serve society. He will always be remembered as The One Man Army of Chennai and a great inspiration to all who are connected to social consciousness.
